BRiO — Going the Extra Mile

BRiO going the extra mile

Empathy drives everything we do

As a Home Health and Hospice leader in Eastern Idaho, our mission is to offer compassionate care and services by our highly trained, empathetic, fun, and thoughtful team.

We recently received this testimonial from a BRiO patient, along with feedback from two of our BRiO team members:

“It’s not perfect, but it will get her there…” ~Kade Scott, Physical Therapy Lead

Our patient made it home safe and sound in one piece, and the car could pull the trailer without incident. She was wiped out, and her left leg hurt a little, but she was otherwise in good spirits and glad to get out of the house. I’m pretty sure that is the first time in 2-3 years that she has been out in public, so that was a huge step for her; anyone that sees her keeps the momentum going!

She said, “Thank you for getting me to my son’s graduation.”

“We should frame this memory and put it in her bedroom so she can remember this time, and we can remind her that this is all achievable. She can do more things if she works hard.” ~ Chelsey Halford, Registered Nurse
